The DG emphasized the significance of this online platform during a recent meeting, saying that it will allow individuals to swiftly conduct property transfers, including Application filing, Processing, Uploading a map, and Payment through system Generated online Challans in Housing schemes under the jurisdiction of RDA.
RDA is actively seeking digital reforms to do away with the need for physical documentation and lessen the role of middlemen, in accordance with the directives of Chief Minister Punjab Miss Maryam Nawaz. It is anticipated that the online transfer application will improve efficiency and transparency, lessening the possibility of corruption and expediting the clearance procedure for property transfers and land usage in the city of Rawalpindi.
